This example consists of two parts:

1) Directory 'bimin' contains input files that launch generalised basin-hopping in the space of biminima at high temperature, for a certain number steps. The point is to illustrate how GMIN can be used to explore the quasi-combinatorial landscapes associates with nanoalloy homotops.

2) Directory 'trimin' contains input files that launch generalised basin-hopping in the space of triminima (surface-refined biminima) at a dynamically adjusted temperature, until a specified target energy is hit.
