1. data - input file with all the GMIN keywords
2. coords - input file with all the XYZ coordinates
3. OUT directory - output files generated by the GMIN program
4. fcc100 - Perl script for generating a face-centred cubic slab

NOTES:
- Smooth truncation is used to avoid discontinuities in the
Sutton-Chen potential and its derivatives, and the cutoff distance
should be less than half of the periodic box size.
- The current FCC surface is a slab of six [001] crystal planes,
of which the bottom two are frozen. The slab contains 300 atoms.
- A larger/smaller slab can be generated with the script 'fcc100'.
- Random displacement moves currently affect only the four adatoms.
- The number of adatoms can be changed by adding/removing coordinates
  in the file 'coords'.
