Rotating Clusters

If keyword ROT is set in odata then additional terms will be added to the energy and the derivatives corresponding to the kinetic energy for rigid body rotation about the space fixed $z$ axis. Either the angular momentum or the angular velocity may be fixed using ROT J2Z or ROT OMEGA2 followed by the value.
