Tight-binding

Tight-binding potentials for silicon are specified by the keywords MSORIG and FRAUSI. These potentials also understand the keywords PERIODIC and CUTOFF which enable calculations on bulk material to be performed and a cutoff to be imposed on either cluster or bulk calculations. Keyword ANGSTROM specifies coordinates in Ångstrom rather than bohr.
