Specifies a potential for rigid-body pentagonal pyramids. In this case the
rigid body coordinates are three centre-of-mass parameters and three components of a
vector that specifies a rotation axis and magnitude. The orientational coordinates are stored
after all the centre-of-mass coordinates. Subroutine used: capsid.
